2006 was peak fucking insanity...I remember sitting at a conference table at work and arguing with 2 MBAs about the housing bubble. They just did not get it...it blew me away how college-educated tards could be so oblivious to the bubble and coming crash.

I'd have the same conversation several times later with different people all over the place. I think only 10-20% were expecting the bubble to pop.
