If there was ever reason to believe that Jack Nicholson was a stud of legendary potency it must be that he was her lover for years. Imagine what it would take to get it up and get into that to shoot your shot. Geez

Even if they'd had tickets for 1st class they'd have traded them in for cash, bought economy and spent the difference on booze.

Uriah Heep. Turns out their lead guitarist couldn't play like on the albums; all those tracks were done in studio by Jimmy Page.

Sort of funny because a lot of his attractiveness to white audiences was that he was a loopy non threatening nog. If he's going to get bulked up and appear threatening then I suspect a lot of the laughs will disappear from his white audience. I think most of us have sort of had it with thug culture in the ghetto. Not too many chuckles left in that venue.

So who would be left to man the ships then?

OHHHH I just read this gem at the end...I almost missed it...

The demonstration machine is currently seized and will not be released until these unpaid invoices are settled. Peak Solutions LLC has 15 calendar days to settle the debt, after that the ZPrinter 450 will be put up for sale to recover losses.

Either way, yes, I have read (and written about) almost every published word by the man.

By all means, like the stuff. I like his work, but none of his works is the greatest novel in English.

Well if you can wade through Finnegan's Wake and understand it without Anthony Burgess holding your hand then hats off to you.

To my valued clients, present and future:

After six years as a contractor to Peak Solutions LLC I received a phone call April 16th 2014 from Bonnie Mott (current owner) that my services are no longer required, effective immediately and without any grace period (30 day notice).

It is with regret that you the client will be without local service from Peak Solutions as the Canada office is closed. You might get some relief from as close as Portland Oregon, but you can imagine there will be a significant time delay in response and repair.

If you are able to continue to enact your Service Agreement with Peak Solutions, make sure you get a copy of their work visas for Canada before hand. It is your protection from getting caught up in any legal complications regarding foreign workers in Canada with the Canada Revenue Agency or Canada Border Services Agency.

I was also informed that the Canadian demonstration machine will be mothballed for later sale in Canada, due to complications getting it back into the United States. This means there will be no more local quick turn, critical prints during a machine failure as per your Service Agreement.

As you are aware it generally takes a minimum of a year for a machine sale to pass through the many corporate stages before the actual purchase order is generated. Justifications, multiple part samples, travel, client interviews and so on all play a part, and contribute to the expense, of the sales process.

The current owner indicated I would not be commissioned on a recent $87,000.00 machine sale into my territory as she has changed my original working agreement without my consultation or knowledge. I have other sales in the territory that are approaching the close state that I will not be commissioned on either.

As a result of the April 16th phone call, I have submitted my outstanding billable invoices to Peak Solutions for almost $11,000.00 in owed commissions regarding equipment sales, consumables sales, demonstration room rental and miscellaneous freight receipts. The demonstration machine is currently seized and will not be released until these unpaid invoices are settled. Peak Solutions LLC has 15 calendar days to settle the debt, after that the ZPrinter 450 will be put up for sale to recover losses.

Once again I am sorry to all my clients that will be inconvenienced by the Portland decisions and wish you the best of luck in resolving any o

Actually even among children's literature, Tolkien's works as enjoyable as they are, still do not surpass the superb Wind In The Willows of the Grahame/Shepherd edition.

This is very odd because the English have so dominated the novel at least for English speakers. Yet I hesitate to name a Dickens novel, for obvious reasons.

And Thackeray...I suppose Vanity Fair makes a good candidate.

But I must say that Henry Fielding is a much more attractive person than either of them and really Tom Jones would have to be my nominee even though it's still a kind of prehistoric relic being a picaresque novel. But then so is Don Quixote. And no one would doubt that that was Spain's greatest novel.

When Jim Morrison came on the Ed Sullivan Show all the baby boomers adored him and just wanted Sophie Tucker who had been at the height of her career in 1933 to go away and let the Doors play. but 1969-1933 = 36 years.

Ed would bring her on out of pity and she'd sing weepy songs with a hanky in her fat mitt. She seemed ancient to us, a strange figure cast up from the sands of time.

The difference in time between 2014 and 1969 is 45 years..

So to the teenagers of today, Jim Morrison is more out of it and ancient than Sophie Tucker was to us. ditto for the Rolling Stones and all the rest of them.
