What's more, it's unenforcable. You don't have to buy insurance. You don't even have to pay the penalty because there is no jail for not doing it. All they can do by law is withold tax returns. So raise your exemptions so there is no return, don't pay the penalty, tell the, to fuck off. The IRS has no recourse the way that law was written.
