If you are a registered user with 100 posts or more, you have the ability to turn on security codes across the board if there is a bot attack in progress and no moderators are around. Use this ONLY in case of emergency, as the codes can only be disabled by a moderator. If you abuse this privilege, it will be taken away.
Can I post a picture?
Yes. You need to be registered and have 25 posts. If you need to upload a picture, use a site like imagedump.com, then copy it's location into your post. In most browsers you would just right-click on the picture and select "copy image url".
Can I post a YouTube Video?
Yes, anyone can post a video. You must select the video code from the YouTube URL and put it between youtube tags. If the url is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQ-jv8g1YVI then your youtube tag will look like this: [youtube]LQ-jv8g1YVI[/youtube].
